A £25.00 per room non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your bed reservation. All major Credit and Debit cards, with the exception of Diners Cards, are accepted. Full prepayment will be taken within the 7 days prior to your arrival.

If you have booked via a third party channel you final balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

When booking a non-refundable or “advance purchase” rate, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This booking becomes non-transferable and non-refundable, we recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover any cancellations.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

If a booking is cancelled by 12 noon, 7 days prior to arrival no further cancellation charges will apply on top of your £25 per room non refundable deposit. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the remaining balance of the reservation will be charged
Emergencies will be taken into consideration but we do recommend you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in case of cancellation.

If you have booked via a third party channel your booking must be cancelled by 12 noon 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.

Group Bookings (four or more rooms)
Please note for group bookings we require two weeks notice of cancellation. Bookings cancelled with under two weeks notice will be charged in full. Full prepayment is required 14 days before arrival.

New Year bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the the remainder must be paid by the 1st December and if you wish to cancel it must be 28 days prior to arrival but we strongly reccommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you for cancellation, please contact us if you require any assistance.

Cancellations must be confirmed by email or in writing to us if you have booked directly with the hotel. If you have made a booking through a third party you most cancel through them.

If guests smoke in the bedrooms, the hotel will charge the cost of up to one night’s accommodation.

It may not be possible to accommodate your reservation in the same room for each consecutive night during your stay.
